   Mandarich Developments is a Northern California land development and home building company, with its main office in the City of Rocklin. The company was founded in 1997 by Gary L. Mandarich, who has over 30 years of experience in the development industry. The company has developed several communities and has built over 500 homes. For the 13 years prior to starting Mandarich Developments, Mr. Mandarich was the president of several divisions of a large public homebuilding company.

   Mandarich Developments is known for innovative design, solid value, pride of workmanship and reliable customer service. Because our homebuyers become our neighbors, we have learned who they are, we listen carefully, we study how they live and the features they want in a new home.
